Dr. Louis Mariotti, DO, brings a wealth of expertise to his practice as a Board Certified specialist in Facial Plastic and Head and Neck Surgery, with additional Fellowship training in Hair Restoration Medicine and Surgery. He holds the distinction of being an inaugural member of the first hospital-affiliated Fellowship program dedicated to Hair Restoration, particularly emphasizing the Robotic technique. Dr. Mariotti completed his training at the esteemed Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pennsylvania.

A committed medical educator, Dr. Mariotti has actively engaged in presenting and instructing fellow surgeons at Facial Plastic Surgery conferences on Hair Restoration topics. He served for 6 years as a member of the AOCOO-HNS Board of Examiners, contributing to the preparation and delivery of board certification written and oral examinations within his specialty. With a national and international presence, Dr. Mariotti has lectured extensively and held a prominent role as a featured lecturer for 9 years at the AOCOO-HNS annual meeting. Additionally, he serves as an Associate Clinical Professor of Surgery at Geisinger Commonwealth Medical College and plays a pivotal role as a clinical educator with the Wright Center Family Practice residency program.

Dr. Mariotti’s passion for hair restoration runs in his family, with his grandfather, a Sicilian native, being a successful hairdresser who later established and managed a cosmetology school. Continuing this lineage, Dr. Mariotti’s uncle assumed leadership of the business, making Dr. Mariotti a third-generation hair expert. His keen attention to detail and innate artistic flair extend beyond medicine, evident in his dedication to furniture design and mastery as a woodworker.
